Birmingham, Manchester, Birmingham, Manchester…

Thursday, February 19th, 2009

I am in a little bit of a deadlock right now in choosing which UK Airport Hotels and which airport we should take for our trip to the United Kingdom on April. Here is the situation… we will visit my relatives in there for a short vacation but the problem is, one, which is my favorite uncle from the father side of the family, is living in Birmingham while the other, my grandmother and grandfather on my mother’s side of the family, is in Manchester. The reason why we are going to my uncle is because he will be celebrating his birthday and he wants us to be there, on the other hand, it is my grandparent’s 30th anniversary and they always have big celebrations every five years.

The problem is if we take the Manchester Airport Hotels, we could have some problems because it would mean that we will have to go back and forth between Manchester and Birmingham, and vice versa if we take any of the Birmingham Airport Hotels. The way I see it, there really isn’t much options to take and I guess the only way to solve this is by checking out the prices. Which tickets would be cheaper and which lodging is more economical.

European Experience

Europe never fails to fascinate me as it seems to always have something new whenever I visit the continent. Just about all destinations in Europe have something different to offer. From the sites and sceneries, to the activities in Europe, it seems to be endless and there are always tons of things that we could do. One thing that amazed the most is their tour using bikes. I was surprised at first when they told me that we will be touring using bicycles and I thought they were just joking. When we were already in the tour, I found out that it is actually a great experience since you get to see more compared to riding a vehicle. You get to concentrate a lot in the sites and sceneries since you are moving slow and everything is within the reach of the eyes. Another good way to have a tour is via the coastlines of Europe. Since the continent is surrounded by seas and oceans, touring on water is highly recommendable. The coastlines are really to die for as it gives serenity and full satisfaction to all who could see it. Indeed, Europe is one of the best places on Earth that everyone would surely love.

Airports in Europe

Travelling is passion. Almost everybody I know dreams to travel around the world. I too have attempted to pursue this dream and managed to see bits and pieces of the world. I managed to go to Hong Kong, China, Japan and the Philippines but I never had an opportunity to fly to Europe. I heard so much about the history and culture of Europe and I’ll eventually consider going in one of its well-known cities once I’m financially able to do so.

Did you know that Europe approximately has 27 countries? I’m not really sure if I got my information right but as far as I know Europe has the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdoms.

Considering its many countries, I’d like to believe that the airports in this continent are essential and critical in Europe. Elegance and sophistications are some of the definitions I can think to describe airports in Europe, facilities are also considered top-notched to provide the most convenient, comfortable and satisfying experience travelers can surely enjoy. To ensure safety and protection of its passenger, their security is also being given high importance.
